there is a few non-SOE boards that are jedi only , I dont believe they are for the sharing of secret information or to keep stratergies from jedi opponents but more a flame free place to find information

I'm all for freedom of speach, but I'm also for freedom from speach.
The moderator or correspondent should be able to read and ban people that troll. Three strikes without stating anything constructive perhaps.
Not an outright ban, but a ban based on posts.

A correspondent should NEVER beable to ban a player.

Moderators can; correspondents cannot.
But we can't read every post of every thread in every forum. If you feel someone is trolling, use the "Report Abuse to a Moderator" link on that post and give a brief description of the problem. Doing that (the brief description) really helps so we don't have to read through 3 pages to figure out who's trolling what.

True, and besides, Freedom of speech does not apply to these forums. SOE is a private entity, these are SOE's forums, therefore they have the right to do whatever they please with them as long as it doesn't break any laws.
