Thread: Where do Clear Crystals Drop?? Advice plz

Hey everyone, Just wonding where I can find NPC's that drop crystals since its hard to get pearls now, lack of krayts and all. IVe tried the NPC's on Dant but theve become hard to find, the force cyrstal caves on chilastra have stopped spawning. So wondering where ppl might recomend. thx

Someone said that canyon corsair missions were nerfed (gone).



Anakin: Master, I think my lightsaber is getting dull. Its not doing nearly as much damage as it used to.
Obi-Wan: O.k. when we're done showing the youglings around the temple, we'll stop by the bazaar and you can buy a new crystal. I hope you've got a couple million credits saved up for this.

Obi-Wan: Well you could try sharpening it on these younglings. I've got a headache and all their questions are driving me NUTS!

Obi-Wan: uh, that was a joke Anakin. I'll spot you the cash for a new crystal THIS time, but next time you're on your own.

Yeah nightsisters are alot tougher now, all have silver brakets around there names, the lvl 77 ones are easy but 80+ become a pain and my saber has a lack of dmg. And the island outside of MO that had a 20 min spawn rate and the ocational qulity crystal now is a 60min spawn and only good. bah

Well they do drop fairs in the force cyrstal caves, been getting those and selling them for better but as of monday morning nothing spawning in them on Chilastra

I have about 5 of them without looking that hard for them. I killed a bandit on lok just outside my city and got one. I also got purple crystal off of a lvl 32 bandit outside my city on lok. I got the other 4 though from my BH friends. I am assuming they got them off of their bounties since all they do is hunt NPC's to try to get loot.

cleared out the NS Strognhold last night with some guildies (lots of fun battles, absolutely NO loot, what's up with that?), got a wooden staff and an artisan +50 health for 10m food. Didn't get a single crystal there. Also I go to the Canyon Corsair POI on Lok frequently and I have a very nice MBH guildy who gives me her crystals for dirt cheap and I haven't seen anything but fairs and crappy tunessince the combat upgrade.

canyon corsair on lok drop color and clear crystals pretty regular but only fair quality. If you are on kettemoor server and get any agitator motor schematics I will buy those or trade for crystals.

BH NPC marks drop then too. Only helpful if your alt is a MBH.

absolutely NO loot, what's up with that?



I tend to find (as weird as this sounds) that crystal drops seems to act alot like Resource Spawns- but change daily. What I mean is:


Some nights Akuan Champs are dropping tons of nice things

That same night Maulers are dropping Nothing

That same night Corsairs are dropping Nothing


The next Nigth the Akuan are dropping nothing

The Maulers are dropping like Crazy

The Corsairs are dropping nothing....


This doesn't follow some set pattern or anything. If I drop 15-20 of one thing and get no drops...

It's on to the next place...


Make a list of where they drop and do the rounds.
