MLS tears everything up sept master def

Powers is alot better than I thought, Ive seen some people using it, and its all about keeping distance.

I want Master Powers more, but i know dont know too much about MLS. Can someone pleeeease tell me whats good about it and why its better than master powers.

I do just fine with MLS against Mdef,as well asnon-Jedi and Jedi alike ... from what I have seen and experienced,MLS is a lot better than MPowers , and IMHO it should be a lot better considering I have spent over 80mill on my pearls and MPowers you spend nothing extra. The part with staying out of range is not an issue for me against MPowers cause I can root and FR to them and AB/KD/PH then root again and set up for my string of hits. MPowers is cool and all but I just think that a Jedi is not a Jedi without their saber skills to back it up.

it all comes down to if you have the crystals to back up your saber.

if you can make a good saber(at least 500 min i'd say), than MLS all the way.

if not, then don't muck about, just get powers.

It all depends upon what you mean by 'better.' Once you finish your template you grind is basically over so it really doesn't make a big difference what kind of damage you do except mainly for PvP. More damage is better for PvE too, but I don't think the difference is big enough difference between them for PvE to be a big deal. I think either one would do fine for most all kind of questing and loot farming.

Powers is fun, powers/enhancer is fun cubed but sabers should be expected to beat either in a duel -- assuming the powers and especially the powers/enhancer chooses to fight them. If you choose to not fight them you should never really have to -- again, especially the powers/enhancer double master.

If you want to be the in-their-face I'm the hero look at me hit this sum-beech type -- gosabers. If you want the be more of a group leader .. standing back a bit and doing support powers is great. What kind of template did you have pre-jedi? If you were like master swords or some other elite profession did you choose that profession to grind experience or because you liked the play style? If you liked that play style you would likely prefer sabers. If you got into smuggler, squad leader, or other support profs then your play style would be more like powers.

If Master Healer had the ability to Rez folk I'd be supportlike M Powers/ M healer / 4004 Enhancer.

I would love to go powers, but I think it would just be a waste of my pearls, and they are near perfect. Power is a viable option, if not better than MLS with the current pearl situation. MP gives you cloak dont forget

So, for MLS, do the attacks make them better or do their LS skill mods make them better?

Also....

This is most likely gonna be my templet: MPowers/ LS x4x4/ Healer 4xxx/Enhancer 14x4.... Would that be alright, what would it be good for?
