Thread: Accurate Current Modifiers
And this is of what use to anyone?
Some more info about the powers / healer and other focus threads might be more useful tbh.

Future Focus Suggestion: Jedi related skill tapes.Its seems there is a lot of confusion on which tapes work for us, which don't and which ones should. Do you think a thread could be started where the community could share actual test data instead of saying speed tapes do/don't work or accuracy tapes do/don't work.Thank you!
Raken and I already did the Accuracy ones.

I think I have a damage calculator based on CL level and Defenses (ranged/melee/weapon) as well as accuracy. Follow the steps in sequence below: Please don't quote this post if you respond as I will be making changes as needed.
PVE Formula
Base Damage = ((Max+Min)/ 2) + ((YCL-TCL) * (Max-Min)/30 ) + ((Acc-TD)*(Max-Min)*.00066255) | Min <= Base Damage <= Max
Standard Damage= Base Damage * SAM *(1-(0.011 * AR - 0.0000005 * AR^2)*0.01)
PVP Formula (no CL calculations in PVP)
Base Damage = ((Max+Min)/ 2) + ((Acc-TMRD)*(Max-Min)*.00066255) | Min <= Base Damage <= Max
Standard Damage = Base Damage * SAM * 0.7 * (1-(0.011 * AR - 0.0000005 * AR^2)*0.01)
Elemental Damage (both PvP and Pve)
Final Damage = Standard Damage + Elemental Damage * (1-(0.011 * ER - 0.0000005 * ER^2)*0.01)
Variables:
MAX = Max damage of your weapon
MIN = Min Damage of your weapon
YCL = Your combat Level
TCL = Target combat Level
ACC = Your accuracy (see the ctrl-c screen)
TD = Target Defense (see ctrl-c screen) NOTE: Non-Player Computer characters have an initial Defense of 0 but can go into the negatives with states.
Min <= Base Damage <= Max = Solution Set for Base damage, If your base damage is higher than Max, round down to Max, If it islower than Min, round up to Min.
SAM = Special Attack Modifier (Ranged Shot, Melee Hit, Saber Hit = 1.0)
AR = Standard Damage Armor Rating of Target (energy, kinetic)
ER = Elemental Damage Armor Rating of Target (heat, cold, acid, electricity)
Known Variable Modifiers
Target States:
COB and Aura: Add 250 to TD
Improved COB and Improved Aura: Add 500 to TD
Warning Shot: Subtract 80 from TD
Stun: Subtract 10 from TD
Dizzy: Subratct 75 from TD
Blind: Subtract 25 from TD
Intimidated: Subtract 20 from TD
Knocked Down:Standard damage* 1.20 (Effects standard damage only, Elemental Damage not affected by KD)
Armor break:
You need to replace the above armor formulas for Standard and Elemental damagewith one below.
Jedi Basic:(1-(0.011 *?R - 0.0000005 * ?R^2)*0.01*.55)
Jedi Improved: (1-(0.011 *?R - 0.0000005 * ?R^2)*0.01*.35)
Sword Basic: (1-(0.011 *?R - 0.0000005 * ?R^2)*0.01*.70)
Sword Improved:(1-(0.011 *?R - 0.0000005 * ?R^2)*0.01*.50)
Sword Advanced:(1-(0.011 *?R - 0.0000005 * ?R^2)*0.01*.40)
Known Problems:
* Aim seems to do interesting things to your accuracy and I have yet to pin it down, It should possibly give you 240 more accuracy but it doesn’t work exactly like that. Apparently it gives a larger damage bonus that what a simple 240 increase in accuracy would do.
* .00066255 Modifier in the Accuracy Calculations is approximate and can make your final damage be off by up to1 or 2pts in some situations. It is close enough for most calculations but I would like to be able to pin down an exact ratio.
Excel Damage Calculator
I have an excel file for the damage calculator that makes it easy to plug in your numbers and see your results. Also included in the file is a speed calculator and an armor calculator:
