1) How did you find that out? Iv never seen robes like that before.

2) Can you take the cloak part off and just have the robe? or is all one piece?

It's all in one piece, and they're the rank 8-9 robes from the old FRS.

1. These are the pre-CU FRS Robes.

2. Not sure.

You CANNOT remove the cloaks. However, if the Devs would let us have the Rank5 Robes as well all you would have to do is swap between the 2 and its basically cloak on/off as the Opressor/Arbiter Robes are the exact same as the Templar/Consular robes except they have those cloask on them.

But No you cannot remove the cloaks from those robes.

would be nice if you got a choice of all of the robes so all jedi don't look the same
