Seems like it's getting further and further away from a stable gaming environment. The developers and tech support acknowleged that BRIA (example) is the OLD beta server and that the hardware is outdated and the software is incapable of handling the server load and they want me to pay $30 USD on a game where the core is bugged to hell and back?

Please, help me see the benefit of paying 30 dollars on an expansion which is a digital download for a game that's plagued with bugs and seldomly works "as intended".

Oh, it's Captain Obvious to the rescue!!! Oh Sir, what would we ever do without your great understanding...

Since you're the bright one, can you detail the benefits and features which support spending 30$ on a digital download for an expansion?

Thanks in advance.

Well first it isn't my responsibility to sell the expansion to you because SOE doesn't give me a commission.

Second if you ask me why I am buying it I would tell you that I'm interested in seeing what they do with the lava planet and what quests they have in it. I feel they did an excellent job with the quests on Kashyyyk and therefore I am anticpating some good stuff from this expansion. If you hated Rage of the Wookiees then I wouldn't buy this expansion because it will likely be some of the same kind of stuff.

I don't really get the point of your orignial post anyway. If you don't like the game stop playing it. Paying a monthly fee for a game you don't like is crazy. If you just want to moan about it go ahead but it seems like an odd way to spend your day.

First, I would like to thank you for actually posting a semi-relevant reply to the OP.

Second, trolling is not nice.

fyi, I never said "whaaaa....i hate this game....i do not like this game....i am quiting...." or anything remotely similar to enforce the concept or idea that "I do not like this game."

What I do not like is poor Q&A which allows for a game that's as beautiful as SWG, which I enjoy playing and spend excessive amounts of times while seeking entertainment, that allow for servers to fail, hardware to get outdated to the point where it's unreliable and a host of ever increasing bugs which affect game mechanics. Other then that, I DO love this game.

So I conclude to the snotty nosed kid on the blue soap box...thanks for a semi-relevant post.

Hmmm, Your OP has what do do with Jedi?

So, who is trolling?

And Obi-wan biwan: and the lava saber have no connection with your OP so I answered my own question.

Technically the original post is a thinly disguised troll and my response is a blatant flame.

you will pay the 30 dollars for the expansion for the same reason you pay 15/month to play a game that's plagued with bugs and seldomly works "as intended".
