You have all these revelations ok... all these ideas but not one of them is really trying to help... its just lashing out at other people I think stuff like this too but my differnece is I keep it to myself and dont feel the need to reveal my revalations to everyone. Theres no point "What will be, Will be".

Theres no one way to fix anything and indeed not all things are easy to fix. Youd do well to bear that in mind.

Hello fellow Jedi,

I am growing more and more concerned not only for the state of Jedi, but the state of the game as a whole. With each passing day, and each passing publish/update/notfix, I see the frustration level ever growing.

With the latest Ranger revamp announcement and the statement that now, Jedi cloak is getting a rather significant nerf bat, we have done even more to frustrate and alienate another segment of the Jedi community. We have the pearl/crystal drop rates, broken Krayt spawns, seemingly random tunes that are causing friction between old and new Jedi. This isn't right. The older Jedi have done nothing wrong and yes, it can be argued, that the new jedi at least deserve the opportunity to be able to create a similar saber. Yet, not only has nothing been done to fix broken spawns, tuning, and premmie drops, it's all but been acknowledged that this is "working as intended".

Further, we have acknowledged speed bugs with sabers and the typical response "no ETA at this time". More frustration. We have nearly an entire Jedi skill set that doesn't work with Jedi Healer and many of the enhancer skills borked. If it DOES work, then tell me why no one is taking any healer trees but damage and in some RARE cases, wounds? Powers was touted for a long time as being a viable alternative to sabers and yet, it's lower damage, self roots, slower, uses more force and instead of being addressed for improvements, it CONTINUES to get nerfed.

We have Jedi CAs that people have spent MILLIONS on that DO NOT WORK. Why were these put into the game? Did the DEVs know all along that they didn't work? Is there a plan to fix them? Can we hear ANYTHING other than "yes we know it's broken, no ETA at this time" to help relieve some of the tension that THIS is causing? If they remain broken, any compensation to those who dropped millions?

What about BE clothing mods? Broken since the CU with the exception of Terrain Neg. This is the ONLY BE clothing mod that can be verified as working.

Chef foods? Can it be verified that Air Cake, Pikatta Pie or any block/resist foods actually work? Again, the only foods that can be verified as working, are the stat enhancing foods. Again, any word on THESE items?

My point here is; Since the CU, Jedi concerns whether direct concerns regarding the profession, or things that we use/need to support/sustain us, have not only gone unaddressed by the DEV team (aside from canned responses), but worse. There continue to be game dynamic and mechanic changes that further EXACERBATE our tensions and frustrations. To put it simply: Not only are they NOT fixing what's broken, they are instead, breaking more things. If you don't think that this thing is going to blow soon, then I remind those who saw the thread 2 nights ago, when someone was selling Premmie pearls and the inflamed responses within that thread. It was damned close to an all out mob riot until Garva deleted much of the thread. Now couple ALL of this with the fact that with every patch, the most populated server is ALWAYS down more than it is up, on patch day.

I'm not calling for a petition, nor am I calling for a strike. I am just trying to bring to the forefront, why, if something isn't done, we are going to see an outbreak of hate and negativity the likes of which hasn't been seen since the CU.

My only hope is that SOE learned something from the CU days, and doesn't try to spin the Jedi profession in all of it's state of shambles, into a positive.

Be patient and hope they fix it soon.

And ignore all the retards who have nothing better to do than flame our profession.

The FRS will come soon, we have been told the Squad leader, Ranger and Smuggler revamps would coem before it
and they are currently sitting in TestCenter, Development, and concept. FRS as a christmas pressie

My post was neither a flame nor yet another idea for resolution. It was not a revelation either. What it was is a summary of the frustrations we all have been experiencing since CU, and in some cases, much longer. It was also an observation of the degeneration of morale, comraderie and fun, within our profession. Finally, it was an appeal. Emotions and frustrations are running high and without some relief valve, it will explode. I do not want to see that happen. The writing is on the wall. The tension is palpable.

Everyone always needs some sort of scapegoat for their own inadequacies I would say the Devs are doing their job they are listening to their player base and all these people crying nerf on things... get their wishes.

who cares about cloak getting a slight nerf....people have to actually own the flares to make you visible anyway. IMO a counter move should have made against cloak when they introduced it....This coming from someone who uses cloak in PvE and PvP.

Secondly, Ranger has been in the dumps since the CU began, and now they are finnally getting something that makes them worth it in the CU.


IMO this change to ranger was long overdue....much greater than a few mods not working or some of you guys thinking Cloak should make you untouchable.

Yes I understand what... as I said. I dont understand why? Why make this summary and make people remember all the things they are trying to forget?

They are making it so Jedi have no way out of PvP, none. Some of us don't wantto PvP and especially have it forced on them.

You don't get Jedi through PvP and most people I know hate it anyway. Wow, these dev's have no spine.

Let people adapt to how the game is, stop giving into whiners and make them grow up.

God I hope none of these"nerfers"makes it into a real life situation outside their doors.

What, you can't use Force Run anymore (which can actually be faster than any character'sBurst Run)?

i think your absolutely right...but gotta remember the devs were force to push the cu out before they wanted to by lucasarts to be in time with ep3 so they didn't give it enough time to test it and debugg it..and it seems that every publish or every other publish they're pushing out significant changes to the system along with another game expansion in two months...i just think things are rushed to fast and thats why there is so many bugs and i think soe is partly responsible but i believe lucasarts is shoving sony around on this to push out these things faster than they can debug them...
