They are used to build Metal Recyclers.

Not really. They're fairly easy to get if you know where to look for them. However, you may be able to find someone willing to pay for them, never hurts to try your server's trade forum...

Im on Bria , and they seemed to have removed small power motors and heating elements from the crafting of recyclers completely

I am also on BRIA, and..... what the hell are you talking about? I am consistantly crafting recyclers, and you still need small power motors and heating elements.
