Do they exist?

Have looted many 2 & 3 ones but never a single.

I know the Aa'kuan's aren't dropping much if anything right now, but if they were would they ever drop a single.

Searching the bazaar for these is a joke. With the merchant listing bug half of them are unviewable and there are thousands to search through.
