No you cant bank tip to another server
What you can do however is make a post offering to Swap credits with someone on the server you are looking to get credits on
Go to the Server Tradeforums of the target server and your current server where the Credits are...
Post in the Trade forums that you are interested in a Credit swapfor example 10million credits onserver A in exchange for 10million credtis onServer B
Doesnt always work but youd be surprised how many people like to relocate or have alts to get away from it all on their normal server
