I did the Arena challenge with a friend so we could each get the Shaman's windchime and loot the champion. We did the mission twice with only one of us having the mission at a time (so we could loot him twice). She used the "loot" command and got the 2-handed Kashyyyk sword. I used "loot all" and got nothing. Just thought I would let people know in case you were planning to do the same thing.

A note about the Shaman's windchime: If you finish off the champion and then apologize to the chief, you can get a quest to redeem yourself. The reward is the Shaman's windchime. You will not get the Arena Champion badge or the Champion's Sword, but you will be able to do the Kerritamba villager quest. I actually think the windchime is better than the sword, and didn't care about the badge, so it was a good trade.

I also decided to kill the Arena Champion and when I selected "Loot All" received nothing. I was very disapointed to say the least...

After you gather the ingredients & heal the Great Tree for Chief Kerritamba, he'll tell you that the Arena Champion is angry with you cause you've been doing his job. The Arena Champion wants to challenge you to a fight, accept the challenge & you get the quest. Go behind the Arena area huts to a large wooden gate guarded by a Wookiee guard, talk to him & you get into the place where you fight. It's pretty easy to beat the Champion.
