Ive seen a few on the bazaar, where on earth do I get these cool chestplates ???

Are they a loot from stromtroopers or quest item?

Head to Dathomir, Singing Mountain Clan Theme Park (somewhere near the POI, wp is 160, 4500). Once there, you'll find a Singing Moutain Clan Sister who will give you a quest to kill a storm squadron (you'll have to be rebel to do that). The proof you'll need to bring is the storm chest, just keep it

BTW, can't remember the name of the Sister, but she's the one in the second room I think.
