I have a feeling that this will be in the crafting of a saber soon. I just dont think it has teh code work yet to make them work. But i think it will be used to make the saber cfated better then the crafted crystals to make for them.

You can also get it from the Jabba theme park... but it's not a reward, you're supposed to bring it back to a chef. Instead you can "hide" it and get the mission as many times as you want to get as many as your heart desires. Well, at least it was like this when I did it. I dunno, it might have changed, but I wouldn't think so.
