lets say i use my 700+ ph to 0 condition. if i put on the adk when its broken is it back to new again or must it be at least 1 condition?

why not try it...you can always destroy the item if it doesn't

no because the instant an item hits 0 condition all of its stats become 0's so itd only work if you have 1 condition left
