anybody know what it is? im there now but only have a few minutes to spend. thanks!!

Well, I was under the impression that it was every 20 minutes. HOWEVER, it was out there this weekend and he didn't respawn after a full hour. I'm inclined to say that it's back to the full 2 hour spawn timer.
The upshot to this is that he's not as heavily camped, so a rookie like me can actually have a shot at some good loot.
