As far as I can tell, the loot revamp did nothing but add a bunch more crap to the game that everyone now has to delete out of their inventories after looting.
You just have bad luck. 90% of the time is alot

They were supposed to remove this stuff from high end drops in the first place, it needs to go.
Nothing like killing a DJM or NS Elder and getting clasps!

thats funny, i havent gone ns hunting in a while but, a good friend of mine has been looting uber stuff lately... +17 med exp CA 298 str 92% pot mind poison, a few 600+ max LVAs, and a nice health fire (cant remember the stats)all this in a week. You must just have bad luck.

Wasn't really compaining about bad luck, I never said I didn't loot anything good. About two weeks ago I looted a 270+ Fire DOT that netted me 10mil, and have looted several crystals from elders and a few nice attachments, and other pikesin the pastcouple weeks. Just saying that these things should be removed from the loot table for these higher level NPCs. It's really annoying having to delete this stuff every time I kill one of these things, no one keeps this stuff and the amount dropping is about 50x what the demand is considering there are only a few things that require it.
Obviously if you are able to go out and kill elders you're not after HD Leather/Clasps, Disks, or crap Clothing. The Loot Revamp was supposed to take care of this, and make loot more appropriate for the level of the NPC. I know not every loot is going to be exceptional and I've gone days and days before without having a good loot, but honestly I would rather get nothing but credits from NS Eldersthan get this junk because at least I don't have to delete that. This stuff should be put on more mid-level things like Jantas, Kunga, etc.

As a Tailor I use items such as that, they are not useless. maybe you should try asking one of your server's tailors if they would like them.

True true, I whacked a few nightsisters while on Dath last night, and all I got was a pile of clasps. I was disappointed, but my wife, who has a Master Tailor character, was quite happy to take them.
Still, maybe they could drop some clasps AND a nice skill tape heheh.

a couple of hours ago i was soloing elders and my reward was A set of heavy dut leather
