Who drops theese things? what npc gives them??? I have been looking and looking and looking....
and looking.... and looking.... looking...
and looking..... looking some more......

Lol, they seem to be very hard to get unless you get lucky, i have only found them from binyare hooligans and i heard they drop from locked containers too, there are some hooligans at the binyare poi on lok and they respawn every 5 or 15 minutes, the way i get them is by looking for a static spawn west of daeric across the river, but the npcs that spawn shift, so you have to keep looking until you find the right spawn, but once you do you will get a lot of grey viescreens in no time.

My wife found one the other day on the bazaar...it was 20k....she had been trying to loot one for some time with no luck.
She put it in the loot kit and got the Coronet skyscraper! Needless to say that would be a nice profit on a 20k investment if we were to auction it.

ive only looted 5 from the binayre hooligans at the talus poi but got lucky enought ot get 2 out of the 5 skyscrapper paintings
