Hey all - is anyone else having trouble with jukeboxes? I can buy and place them but cant get the music option to come up - anyone else having this issue?

Yep they are broken. The play music button does nothing and the stop music displays the time until it expires

Be sure to send in a ticket and the CSR's will refund you the money.

I cant get em to work either, CSR's will refund money. But they are still broken and no ETA

Yeah Same happened to me How do I send in a ticket though? I hit Control-H and then hit send in bug but there was no open ticket afterwards. In fact it seemed like the whole thing didn't work so how exactly do I do it?

yea, they are broke, Just keep sending bug reports in on them, everyone is doing it, then they will get it fixed

I really hope so - this is my favorite "event perk" - i put em up in our cantina and mall every weekend. Or, did anyway - sighs - its probably item # 9283423987423 on the DEVs to do list.

I actually found this problem the first day it appeared. Created a ticket and got a reply from a CSR to check to ensure that my in-game sound was turned all the way up in the options menus. Needless to say... I was not very happy since I outlined exactly what was happening and how it was broken.
So.. day 2 of the break, I spent 7 hours in chat until a CSR actually contacted me in game to *investigate* the problem. Had two different characters on two seperate accounts purchase a juke box and they all had the same problem. However, if a CSR generates the juke box, it works for them.
Needless to say... they saw the problem and apparently sent the issue to the development team. Hopefully an upcoming patch will fix the issue. If I hear anything back from the CSR I worked with on the problem (said he would email me with an update when he learns something new on the issue), I'll be sure to post it here.
