I've heard that from one or two quests, the Decorative Shisha is still given out. Does anyone, by chance know where this quest is and what NPC gives it?

I got mine from quests from (a criminal) out in Mos Espa quite some time ago. The criminal out on the Western part of town was giving quests that offered a camera, a speaker, and the shisa. Does anyone know if these no longer drop? That would certainly increase the value of the camers and speakers I have. I wanted to go get some more speakers for surround sound, too.

for the syren quest it is not decrative it just says Shisha just like one at Jabbas

That would be the Shisa. While it looks exactly like the Shisha (and spelled almost exaclty the same), it's a different item.
I have one of the Shisas, but I'm looking for the Decorative Shisha.

Just get the Shisa, and when you have a Smuggler make it for you, ask them to rename it "A Decorative Shisha"

I've already got the Shisa. And I'm already a Master Smuggler.

I've already got the Shisa. And I'm already a Master Smuggler. I don't want another Shisa, I'm looking for a Decorative Shisha. What's the big deal?

There is no big deal. However, you'd better find a good deal. I'm not 100% sure that the decorative shisha's are dropping anymore, so I gave you an alternative. And if you haven't guessed, they're both the same item, only spelled differently. So what's the big deal indeed.
