ok i found out it's part of the YT-2400 quest, we'll get one eventually, along with access to sher kar.

I just finished sickness of the stormlord and recieved a mustafarian injector, it is a large syringe that gives you poison absorbtion and protection. Lasts for 30 min and 5 sec reuse. Thinking its a coincidence.
