I REALLY want one of them. IMO they are the coolest lootable item in the game but even though they are limited to dropping from Rebel Surface Marshalls, I don't hear about them dropping anymore. If they do still drop, where is a reliable place to find Surface Marshalls?

I looked on the Bazaar for a listing for the schematics or completed schems, but couldn't find a listing for them anywhere.

I agree they are a great loot, as far as I know they do still drop. We got 2 about a week ago, They also drop from named rebel npc's around bases. Thats where we get ours.

Uber time to go farm Rebels

They are the giant clear screens that are usually seen in every scene taking place inside a military intellligence command center. I think they are used to plot attacks or patrol routes. IG of course they just sit there and look cool.
