Not true..I've looted several from random NPC's on Lok..Mercs mostly...and I spend most of my time running MBH missions

I've been wondering this myself. I've only been playing post-cu for a few weeks, but have yet to find any SEA off an NPC. Yet there seems to be a plethora of SEAs on the market, so they are coming from somewhere. I know BH marks drop some nice stuff often, but beyond that my search continues...

and there was much rejoicing...
