there is no specific location they are just randomly scatterd all ovah...make sure you bring a small army with ya.

Go to the MOP on Dant. ride out about 1000m, then start circling the MOP he usually hangs out somewhere within that circle

Good luck, the funniest thing I've seen was when the DJK came into the MOP and killed all of the AFK spammers,lol
