So we got a lot of new and exciting loot in the game, lots of POI's spawn more often. What does it really mean?
Since the Devs apparently are opposed to making Instancing (the Correlian Corvette is the only Instance of anything in the game), we get a popular fellow like Nyax spawning every 20 minutes or what ever the current timer is. Who gets loot? The single player to do the most damage! So... what does this mean?
Well, obviously everybody wants to see what this guy can drop, but that is no easy task. Nyax gets camped by rich players with top damage guns made with top loot and top slices, or top looted weapons, using top skill enhancing attachments so that they are guaranteed to overdamage regular players. More wealth for the rich! As an example I spoke with a Nyax Camper on Chilastra, he has a 820 max damage DXR6b. Another guy was Swordsman and he was doing some 3000-4500 damage with headhit3 every second. Well, it may be fun if you are one of those 10 players on the server monopolizing Nyax, but it sure is not fun for everybody else. I can't even go with a group of Guildies to compete for the loot, because it is not damage done by group that decides loot rights, it is the single most damaging player. That single guy who does maybe 10k damage on his own will win loot over a group of ten players who do 8k damage each of them for a total of 80k group damage.
Right, "more fun"....
No...
Frustration to all casual players, and more wealth to the already rich who can afford the top stuff so that they can get even richer.
What about recyclers?
Well, seems it was a good "fun factor" to have to kill one hour, two hours, three hours, four hours, and more is still needed to find some schematic from Canyon Corsairs on Lok to make a sub component for the Creature Resources recycler. During that time I found 15 "wires" what ever that is, but not anything looking like that schem. 4 hours in vain to look for a part of "new and exciting" loot is just not fun.
Make the loot accessible or don't add it to the game, there is no point in upsetting players and give them frustration. Just make chance to find those components better, one hour to find a schematic is fine, but two sessions of two hours sure is not. (As an aside, the creature resources recycler cannot even combine eggs to generic eggs, or fish to generic fish (source: BE Forum), about the only two things in the game that really needed a generic type.)
My idea on how to solve monopolizing of POI's: Make them *INSTANCED* with a ticket system. Run some errand for a NPC and get access to the POI, then AFK looting will not be possible, everybody gets an equal chance of killing for loot, rich guys will not have monopoly.
In all, 10/10 points for the intention and idea, but only 2/10 points for actual implementation of the "new and exciting loot".

P.S. Sure, the rich guys monopolizing Nyax will hate me for this suggestion, that is to be expected.

Idon't hate you for your idea...but what happens when they fully implement level appropriate loot...are you going to want tickets for ns elder spawns or special quests to find krayt...i think not. And not everyone that kills Nyax is rich...so keep thinking that if you want, but it is not going to be the case 80% of the time. 75% of the people there are hoping for defensive CA's for jedi or speed tapes. But you also have to remember that the chance Nyax drops a Tape that is broken or a LLC or a Cryoban grenade is still in the mix...its not guaranteed that you are going to loot uber tapes everytime.

I would like to see instancing of what today are fixed spawns, such as Nyax POI, Aakuan POI, NS Stronghold.
Wild spawns should just remain wild spawns.
It is no fun to go to a POI and find it cleared out or heavily camped. For instance, there are no fixed krayt spawns as far as I know, so those are wild spawns and need not be changed. Nyax is perhaps the extreme fixed spawn and his dungeon needs to be instanced.
