Thread: SEA/CA/AA fate in CU

Just a quick check... can someone point me to the doc location in the CU posts that specifies any details on what will happen to :


A) currently unused CAs/AAs/SEAs

B) weapons with MODs

C) clothing with MODs


i looked through armor details and couldn't find anything about mods at all.. maybe I am in the wrong section



any help is appreciated

there has been nothing posted in dirrect reference to the CU and AA/CA. but you can count on...needing bonus more points to do "whatever it is you do know" at the same speed and accuracy.

They will most likely be rebalanced for the new system.

looking at the new skill trees, a lot of mods are removed and there are some new ones..."rifle acc while moving" is gone from the tree, and "rifle defense" is added...that's just one example, so i expect a lot more broken mods

I am looking for this as well.


The movement of all my medical crafting into the BE tree makes the 30 million (all that I have!) on mymedical experimentation +20 suit kind of wasted. At the very least, I hope they change the exp stats that will be invalidated into something usable under the new system, like BE exp or something...

If the devs hold true to their devy selves, what will happen is now the other half of the SEAs will be worthless. On the other hand, they might actually realize that SEAs need to be updated and do so. We can only hope.

maybe they'll update the rate and quality of loot drops too since soloing will be impossible for high end content. that means no more cargo pockets from elders! but it's all wishfull thinking that they would take the time to do that anytime soon anyways.

so when these aa's and ca's are "removed" are they actually going to be "removed" or are the broken attachments just going to keep dropping like all the rest of them

rebalanced to what?...there is nothing left for SEA's to enhance. say good-bye to your millions of credits spent on SEA's

Those will still work with the med crafted items Anyway, BE med crafting actually uses med exp, so if you decided to craft under BE, you could still use the CAs.

can someone please post what CA/AA will work after CU ? Someone mentioned rifle defense being added while accuracy while moving is nerfed.


Particularily Im curious about the following...


defense vs posture change (down)


defense vs dizzy


poison resists


terrain negotiation


defense vs KD


Ive probably spent 75+ million on those skill tapes alone. Please someone let us know if those listed work after CU.
