I have these components to create jetpack:
Ducted Fan
Injector Tank
Jetpack Base
Jetpack Stabilizator
Alum Mineral
Dispersal Fuel
but I also need this additional one? Binary liquid & Protective Liquid Coating

Binary Liq and Protective Coating are only needed for Mandalorian Armor.

You don't need alum minerals either but you do need a BH armor bracer and protective liquid coating for entry to the crafting room.

That whole post is wrong. You DO need Alum minerals to craft a jetpack. You do need a BH part to get into the crafting room, but no protective liquid coating or binary liquid to either get into the room to craft jetpacks, nor to craft jetpacks themselves. You'll need the alum to both get into the crafting room, and to craft.
Dont post stuff like this when its completly wrong, or your not sure. I know im true because i lead the only group in Chilastra that has crafted both Mandalorian Armor and Jetpacks.

Hm. Can someone please confirm this? Last I tested, you need the PLC and BL to get into the crafting room as well. If that's the case, then it's certainly a lot easier to craft the jetpack.

Well you can try to kill blacksuns(Random spawn) in nw of yavin 4,anyway they dont drop bh armor usually..

Black sun can appear on any "adventure planet" i belive. i finally got my BH chestplate from some black sun i found near the Dathomir prison while ns hunting.
Edit: That is they have a much higher spawn rate on Yavin, but it's not limited to there. Though i have seen loads of posts saying the BH is no longer dropped.
