Thread: If 'blue wiring' is needed for the recyclers, what is 'wiring' for?

The kind that I have found is called 'wiring', looks like a CA tape.

I have found 'red wiring' aplenty on talus, I assume 'blue' is the same, only blue on the spool.

If so, is the 'wiring' worth anythong, and what is it for?
