I have various CA and AA with a minus skill point on them.

ie..

Heavy Weapons Speed -6

I know the Heavy Weapons Speed is currently bugged and doesnt work yet anyway is it just a display bug and does actually give +6 or not?

I hear lots of rumours... either for or against this

negatives where fixed they do nothing, drop it into some clothes at it just vanishes and no slots get used
