howdy, was out at the tusken fort killing my way to the executioner when an observer tossed me something called "carved stone". this item cannot be traded so must be part of some mini quest. any one know??

You turn in that stone to a merchant in Bestine when Sean is in power for a special piece of Marauder armor. If you search through my past posts, you'll find a thread discussing it.
