Depends what your after? Just stuff to sell?
Geo Caves -Run round between the rooms that spawn the Crazed Geo's, Imp Observer and Mercenarys - Geo Blasters Schematics and sets of 7 Yellow Cubes\Pastes sell well, and 4% and 5% base effecteness cubes sell pretty well to. The drop rate is pretty good.
DWB - Camp out in one of the rooms that spawns the Black Sun Assassins and Henchmen, and hope for some DE-10 Schematics and Barrels or BH armour and Jetpack peices if you lucky. The drop rate isn't great though.
Tusken Bunker - The Tusken King sometimes drops good stuff, I got a 260 strength Mind Poison Tusken Rifle off him the other day, he spawns about every 10mins.
Lord Nyax - He is consistently dropping some great AA's and CA's at the moment - he spawns every 10mins or so.
