Thread: Buffing Crystals

Are these items going tobe changed in a future release of SWG. The prices seem to be coming down, so is there something I don't know or is this just a supply/demand thing.

heard rumours that they will be 10% health and 10% health regenfor 2 hours after an upcoming publish

Yep, it's a combination of supply/demand and lots of rumors at work. And a bit of logic.


I heard the Jedi Correspondent said that hopesthey're not going to be changed, but hasn't heard a word about it... either way, people are getting skittish and dumping them while they can.


All I know is that the Devs HAVE said that the Village and FS quests/skills/rewards have not been updated for the CU. Which, if you take a look at the Mind Crystal or the Phase 1 Medic Quest (requires BE now), you know it's true.


And the CU specifically tried to balance buffs. Doctor buffs for 2.5k were bad they said, needed to be 10% instead. Which they did. Health Crystal used to be a bit worse then good Doc buffs, but didn't change, so now they're like 7 times more effective then a Doc buff. Didn't change... Mistake or Intended?


Logic would indicate that when they balance the Village, Health Crystals are going to turn into an equivilent Doctor buff...
