imo, it's basically a luck drop. if ur lucky u'll get a jedi CA, i just got a 1handed saber accurracy 3 and LS exp 1

I looted a +1 two handed saber speed last night in the Torton cave on rori(one of the piles of bones)


Ithink they are just random from anything that can produce/drop a CA.
