Where does the res arm quest start?

SOE are the best BH's in the world they killed off every jedi in the universe with one idea.
If carlsberg ran a server it would be a pre-cu.

Mydrill Caverns. You go to the wookie village. Talk to the guys at the front gate then do those quests and unlock the nurse do the nurse quests kill the mother unsor'is and vwala! Can be done solo if you can heal yourself. But is alot easier with assistance form a Jedi.

I got and installed this today but my Heal Efficiency did not go up +15 like the arm says. I ticketed it and the CSR said there's no known workaround for my problem but wasn't clear if this was the same problem for everyone. Does everyone else with this arm get the 15 bonus to HE or am I the only broken one? I sure hope the arm is broken and will be fixed in a patch, would suck if it were just me and the CSR said tough luck! =)
