Thread: Quit Tuning Loot and just let us play the game.

Just let us play the game and quit the silent nerfs on loot. Statments like this just prove that you have intentionaly nerfed loots. Now why Nightsister Elders no longer drop any thing. Lord Nyax spawn rate is up YAY but no more loot. Krayts are every where but NO LOOT. What is the point of fight some thing for 20 min to get NOTHING. I dont need the xp thats for sure. Quit it already you make the game not fun. JUST LET US PLAY

Of course they're going to "nerf" (balance)loot when 80% of Juvenile Krayts drop pearls. Those things take 1 minute at the most to kill by a single player yet they yeilded loot that could be sold for millions of credits. The loot system was incredibly out of balance. Same thing with Lord Nyax.. People were camping him unbuffed with legendary weapons and again got incredible loot most of the time and then sold it for millions of credits. Another perfect example of no balance.
This next patch sounds the best.. Only Ancients and Giant Canyons will drop pearls which will mean you'll need a decent group to get them. Sure some people claim to be able to solo them but atleast it's not like before where any combat master could take out a juvenile krayt in 45 secs and then sell the loot for 5 million on the forums..
Juveniles only dropped quality pearls, and these don't sell for too much, nor do they tune very good.

You just made it obvious that you know nothing about loot hunting or krayt drops in general. There were never 80% of any kind of krayt dropping pearls. Juvies only drop quality pearls...which, on my server at least, cant be sold on the trade forums for even 200k. I agree that nyax should have been changed...but comparing nyax to krayts is like compairing apples to oranges. Nyax spawns in a specific place on a timer and has a very low HAM. Krayts spawn randomly, have insane HAM and resists, and cause hella decay on armor to take down. With the current system, its literally just not profitable to hunt krayts.
