just looted two 'blank' CA's (ie not a one mod on either of em....)

It was rumored that they can be used to help stick multiple modded attachments if you apply one blank attachment for each extra mod on a moddedattachment and then apply the multiple modded attachment.....

doesn't work. The blank mod disappears without taking any slots and the second mod didn't stick.

must just be a bug

Yes they are just broke nothing good about them.
