i heard someone on ahazi looted a sick rifle with 4k damage, can anyone confirm or deny this?

Exeptional & Legendary Weapons can drop from a variety of Creatures & NPC's

Several SUPER Laser Rifles & T21's have dropped on Farstar, and a guy i Know Has a DXR Tenloss Rifle with Utterly MAD Stats..!!!!

Though i don't know where he got that, "He says off the Mercs in the Geo Labs", but those guys are Nearly "Noob" Lvl NPC's, I guess he was Telling tales to throw me off what really can drop them.

My Thinking is, that he got it from the Acklay or that Big Spider that spawn in there....

But Other Stuff, like Enraged Rancor, Higher Lvl Nightsisters & SMC, High Lvl Imps, GKD, Giant Kimogilas, Jedi & other Force Users, Black Sun, DW Bunker NPC's, Corvette NPC's and a varietyof other Mid to High Lvl MOB's, all have been known to drrop some pretty Sick Weapons & Armor.

ive seen one with 5.4k max, no idea what server its on though, but one things for sure: I WANT IT

Wrong. He got it from the mercs.

Anything over 12k HAM can drop an exceptional/legendary.

IIRC - Exceptional is 1:1000, Legendary is 1:10000. So get loot whoring.

Then why did my brother loot an exceptional dagger off a rancor youth last year ?

From my experience, anything can drop anything in this game. It's just a random pull from a loot table. Further, i would go as far as to assume that when you loot - that loot is generate on the fly kinda like a lottery system in computers - some people just win more than others
