Thread: Where can i get this helmet?

OK I heard that u get the black sun ace helmet from killin tier 4 black suns. People have told me to do the patroll mission u get on lok in which i have. Ide been doin the mission for a few weeks now and i got nothing. Do you have to kill a certain type of black sun ship? and if i do where is the usual place i can't find them or do I have to get very far on the patroll mission?
