Please can anyone tell me if anyone has looted any pieces for these kits since before Publish 13 and what NPC they are getting them from.Also is this part of the loot bug.

You know - come to think of it I havent. Maybe its been phased out......
Your best bet might be to go hunting round loot vendors and get what you need.

I got a blue rug adhesive last night off of Black Sun initiates/smugglers on Talus outside the Imperial Outpost. I hadn't gotten any other part in quite some time before that.

Not me, I'm afraid. Got bunches of parts that I got before the look break--err, revamp--but right now, if I want any bits to finish the items off, looks like I have to buy them.

I looted a blue rug adhesive yesterday from Black Sun NPC's on Talus while doing the droid head schematic quest. I noticed someone else on the thread looted the exact same thing from the same NPCs.
