they are very rare now, they dont drop
and they go for very high prices on the forums if you can find someone that will sell one

How and where do you loot these? (obiviously some where on Dath, but alittle more details would be helpful

Someone on my server said she heard tiggs said they're dropping again.. But I don'tbelive it.. Until we get some dev<3 on this issue.. Don't waste the weeks of your life that it'd take to find one! Just my advice

Even when it was dropping it was very rare, havent heard about it now, if its dropping again yet. Its loot from nightsisters, not a quest item. But keep one thing in mind, if you dont know already....only females can wear this item, so if your male and wanting it for wear, dont bother.

I got mine from a Nightsister Ranger back in November 2003, before publish 6 went in and they appeared to stop dropping.

if I do remember correctly there was a whole set of NS bicep back in beta but it was pulled pre-launch. And I do believe that the NS biceps coding was wrong IE. why its biceps not bracers. And from what I have heard, being no proof from any who say otherwise, they haven't dropped since NS got their powers back .

These are once again dropping. They are looted from NS RANGERS but are very very rare... If i were you id just save up 20mil and buy one
