No, that was just the rumor going around, Victor never gave a painting. Sean gave a painting for doing a quest for him, but not that painting of the prison. That would be too awesome if they added that fine painting to the game. It could be a reward for a quest at the Imperial prison on Dathomir.

NGE is not for me.

Both accounts cancelled for this 2+ year Vet.

I love that paintng .

I hope that it becomes available for public use. It would look great in my Imp room at my pad in the IHQ on Valcyn.

yes but if it was "gettable" it wouldnt be rare anymore now would it? unless they made it an extremely rare loot.
