They seem to be a pretty rare drop, but I've looted a few of them off of rebel surface marshals at imp mission bases. This was quite a few months ago though, so I'm not sure if the drops have changed since then.

Post CU drops have changed. These things are significantly harder to find... 300+ kills yielded not one drop. All 80, 81, and 82 level surface marshalls.

Looted one off a surface marshal yesterday. Had 2 missions, one with a surface marshall and just ran back and forth between them without killing the base. Took between 3 and 4 hours to get the radar schem, also got a holocron, a sith holocron, and a nice AA.

i cant find reb surface marshalls, i been doing imp missions from dant IO and nothing, i chosed all kinds of camps and nada. Any specific camp should i stalk? cuzz i really need holocrons

thanks zeptip for confirming the exact mission, i always find the same npcs on those bases: medics, trooper, and maybe an officer, do i have to tap the lair to get the rebel marshall to spawn? cuzz i killed them and he never shows up.

Welcome, it's a toss up what type of npcs are going to spawn at a base. If you find a base without a surface marshall, drop it and move on. If you find a base with a surface marshall, kill him, but not the base, then see if you can get another mission nearby with a surface marshall. If you don't kill the base, after you move a certain distance away, the surface marshall will respawn. So if you can get 2 bases with marshalls close to each other, you can just run back and forth between the two.
