One problem. The Ebon Hawk is litterally one of a kind. Not like how the Millenium Falcon used to be a YT-1300, the Ebon Hawk is unique in the fact that it was never mass produced. Its thought to be a floor production model or possibly an original design, but there was never more than one of that kind of ship in existance.

Oh yeah, and your idea is *way* overpowered.

just compare it to the existing ships and then ask again. twice the turrets and missiles and a gun for the pilot? how would you balance that? what severe drawbacks would you accept in exchange?

Maybe a YT-2000

orthe outrider model?? would be a nice addition to it aswell

I don't think thats a huge issue, as he mentions them as 'turret' weaponry - which require a crew. Calling a ship overpowered that takes more players to crew is not really a good reason to deter the idea.


What I mean is, those extra crew could just as easily be Master Pilots in a fighter escort for even more power in a PvP group.


As for 'unique' as another poster stated - the Firespray was just as unqiue and you're tyring to use a storyline excuse for not making this idea possible. I could use the same excuse for Jedi couldn't I? This is a game, not a movie or a book - so what you state does not apply.


As for it being a Vet reward, it is a bit much to just 'give away'. It should be a schematic requiringVERY RARE looted parts and resources so the possibility of there being more than one being made a week would be extreme. Maybe tie it to some space content like the DWB where it can only be crafted in the bowels of a secretasteroid base,guarded bya dozen Super Battle Droids that respawn 1-2 mins after each death - hehe.

I would be cool to have one of the Vet Rewards be the Ebon Hawk for KOTOR(1 or 2, 2 is the best it have more weapons)

This Vet Reward could be like the hardest one to get. Cause Here are some ideas on makeing it a really good Reward.

- Four gun turrets

- Four Missle(?) pods, or three

- Can hold 100 items

- One rotating front cannon.( kinda like a MAC gun on Halo) for the Gunner/co-pilot to use


Any way that would be a Vet reward to have, would you want it, or is it too powerful?

So was Boba Fett's firespray but then again so were Jedi. I dont think storylines or timelines matter at all anymore. Welcome to KOTR MMORPG.

Bobba Fett's Firespray was unique, but they were produced in small numbers previous as police vehicles, IIRC Bobba stole one of them and then destroyed the rest of them when he did, but it wasn't the only ship like it.

The other problem with the Ebon hawk is that it is 5000 years old. So even if the plans for one somehow survived, the ship itself would only be designed to accept parts that were 5000 years out of date
