I looted some reactive micro plaiting off a tier 5 rebel fighter in the kessel but just beaware I have killed 100's of tier 5s trying to grind out my 4 tier 4 boxes and I have only looted 1 smuggler item up there so there are probbaly much more productive ways of finding this stuff

Anyone else have any luck?

pulled some rebel missions from a player city and got 2 shock absorbant padding drops off of rebel npc's (think it was a general but not sure). The droprate is horrible though, I pulled 2 missions close together and was running back and forth between them killing the npc's and leaving the lair, trying to get a radar schematic off the surface marshal. Got one padding in the 3 hours it took to get the radar schematic, same luck the next day.

I also looted a reactive micro plating off a rebel fighter, but mine was a tier 4. A friend helping me with the mission looted an illegal core booster off a different tier 4 reb as well.
