I've seen some people have them and i'm wondering where you loot them from.

u cant its a reward for freelancer pilot u must be freelancer pilot to wear it

it's not a loot. you get it during the early phases of going up any one of the 3 Freelance Pilot professions.

I am not sure if this works the same for Imp Wookiees but I got one from starting one of the Rebel Pilot professions (can't remember which one though)as the normal reward isn't useable by wookiees.

Wookiee Rebels get a Multi-Pocket Bandolier that is a 50 item pack. If you can get hold of one it can be worn by other races(at least humans)as long as you're a rebel pilot.

All container bando's are gotten from pilot tier 1 trainers, as far as I know, though I've heard some people say they've looted Tusken Bando's that have item storage as well.
1.) All freelance pilots get a Mercenary Bandolier with storage
2.) Rebel Wookiees or Ithorians get a Multi-Pocket Bandolier with storage
3.) Imperial Wookiees or Ithorians get a bando with storage (this one is assumed, I haven't gone up the ranks with my Ithorian at all yet, still novice pilot)

they can be looted, i just looted 1 last week. & prior to that the only other one ive heard of was a friends that he looted 6+ months ago. coincidentally a guildie just looted one as i was reading this post lol. give u 1 hint, came from a particular npc on dath /wink
