on rare occasions ahigh %will drop but not on all stats. I had a pair of gloves that were 80% and on the opposite end I had a pair of boots that were 15%(craptacular). But then again I looted them over a year ago so who knows if you still can.

the stats on the armor in no way influence the mando armor stats. Also occasionally bh pieces drop with skill mods on them, these also dont transfer over.

My theory is:
It follows the same rules as other armor(to an extent)
It's "base", so to speak, its max percentage, is 30%. As you see, alot of the pieces will have 15% or 12% etc..I've come to the conclusion this is because of the damage on the parts.
Now, I hear it is(was) possible to loot upwards of 30% pieces, but I consider those exceptional or legendary.
And, as I have yet to craft a piece of mando, from what I gather the resists are random.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO LOOT IT?
Most of the BH armor I see id 30% resists, I heard that it is rare but it used to drop with 90% resists, is this true?
Also when using BH armor to make mandalorian, will the stats on the mandalorian as far as resists go be the same as the BH armor you used to make it?

The standard white text appears to be exactly the same as the current faction armour. Apart from condition of course.
From what i've noticed from yellow textthe higher the condition, the lower the resists, although as always there are exceptions to this rule. I have a few very high coniditon pieces like 67k/75k and it has 10% resists. Now this wouldn't have decyaed naturally at that condition. However i have got one with 50k condition with 67% resists so this proves there are exceptions. I have a bicep with 43% resists but that only has something like 27k/29k and my 90% boots are almost exactly the same, so don't really expect high resists with highcondition. Modded stuff, i have seen almost always has poor condition or resists, but as always you may get lucky.

I looted a belt with yellow text, had no skill mods or anything, condition was around 67/75 I think. Not sure that the condition is exactly right, mostly because I can't get on and check because after publish 14 my game has deciding that loading up and letting me play is a dumb thing to do.

Basically, when they first put in Bounty Hunter Armor it had the potential to drop with over 30% resists (I have a bunch of 50% bracers and a 70% chestplate)... Then... They put in the publish that put all the NPC's inside the Death Watch Bunker (before it was there, just empty), and I havn't seen anything over 30% since..
