Can we have some more hats? Its kind of a weird request, I know...but right now, the only hats that the average player can get their hands on make it look like you've got a flowerpot on your head, you're a chef, an Laurence of Arabia, you're preparing to yell "Chocks away", or you're some really freaky kind of Bishop-priest-thing.
Twi'leks have their head wrappings. Wookiees have a few hoods. The brand new Ithorians have loads of headwear. Could we maybe have some more ones for regular civilians? A beret...a baseball cap...a "ski hat"...anything. Just something that doesn't look quite as...uhm..."silly" as some of the hats we have already.
Plus, if you're an Imperial, you get your uniform hat. In fact, you get your uniform. There isn't (or wasn't, last time I checked) a Rebel equivalent of that. There are far more potential Imperial outfits than Rebel ones. Can we have a rebel uniform?
For the Rebel uniform, I recommend the "Crix Madine" uniform from Episode VI. If you watch the scene he's in carefully, you'll see two other people stood by the door wearing the same uniform. (Also, interestingly, the SpecForce team that went to Endor had a similar uniform, in different colours...and Lando wears a different variant of the uniform). Its similar enough to the Imp to make it fair, but not so dis-similar that it looks wrong. The colours Crix wears seem to be for the Army...so that makes sense.
Also...a little niggle of mine. Can you fix the colour on the Imperial uniforms? Army people should be wearing a grey-brown uniform. The light grey, which is currently in use, is for the Navy.
Oh...last thing. Can we have some kind of DPM (Camauflage) jacket/shirt/thing? The Camos we have already are cool-looking...but they're a fashion accessory. There's no "practicality" from an RP perspective.

I have to agree about the uniforms for rebels, i'd like to see the Hoth uniforms those were cool.

Heya, tailors can make the Reb officer's uniform jacket. I have several made up on my vendor, to bad you are not on valcyn
