I can't get to the link (my IT dept)... but if its a SEA in the form of a crystal... I do not believe these items have any value and are simplybroken items (no matter what themod is)...

Thanks for the clicky, and yes its one of those crystals with mods. and i figure that they are broken, but its pretty neat I though. Stange little buger.

SOme of my friends on sunrunner looted a similiar item with three +20 to +25 mods on it

My server has seen a couple of these also.

Rumored that they can be used in LS construction, or bugged image.

theres nothing super special about them, just a broken item, i dont think they can even be used for their mods.
