Thread: Question: How to assemble a Tracking Device

OK, I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but....


I have looted all the parts to a tracking device. I don't know how to assemble it. The junk dealers don't have a "kit" for it, and dragging and dropping the pieces on each other does nothing.


Any suggestions?

As far as I know the 'assembly' part of the tracking device has neven been implemented...

To add to the rumor mill, I heard these parts are involved in some village quest for crafters (phase I or IV).
