The broken lightsaber is from an npc at dath outpost. The stormtrooper armpad is from the SMC themepark, but you have to be rebel as it's looted from a stormtrooper.

I believe you can get it as an imperial if you can manage to agro some other creature or NPC onto the stormtrooper and get it to kill him.

The Death Star fragment comes from running a couple of missions for some Imperial NPCs at the Massassi Temple on Yavin 4.
