You have to put them in at the same time or within a certain amount of time. If you put the items in as you got them and waited a period of time between submitting the pieces into the kit then the older items may have disapeared.

Not true. I've had a Orange Rug kit in my inventory (with all the pieces but the adhesive) for about 6 months. Yesterday, I bought the adhesive and put it in there and got a rug. So, do as the first poster suggested and file a ticket.

i've had all the kits since about the time they came into the game, and about a month ago i finished off all but my orange rug, all with out a problem, but a ticket is the wrong way to do it, that is a waist of time since we all know howmuch are opinions and problems mean. the best bet is to hope the bug goes away

You cannot take everything out of the kit,

it should read 0/0 {as it disassembles the items dropped into it} and in your inventory examine list all the parts currently within it

I recommend double checking all 01 parts, should be 7# threads, 1 patch, 1 dye, 1 adhesive if I recall correctly

if they are indeed all in there, then definately ticket, if missing, well you know

Take everything out of the kit, and put it all back in. That usually work for me.

Yeah, my mistake. I was thinking of kits like Picture Painters. Forgot that the oooold kits wouldn't let you remove items.
